Artist Type, LLC is a place for goods designed or decorated by Joe Buck. We function as an online retail store and a wholesale business and are based in Asheville, NC (Main Office) and Long Island, NY (Design Office).

SHIPPING
We like the post office. We like the faces there and the friends we see when we go there. We don’t use the phrase “Going Postal” to describe our trips to the post office, cause we don’t think its funny. kind of. We do like their priority mail service and use it whenever possible. Therefore your shipping charges will be based on basic handling fees and the cost of shipping your weight class to your address via USPS Priority Mail. T-shirts (when order in larger quantities) can fall into the flat rate category, and shipments will utilize these services when possible. Posters and FlipMats will ship in either poster triangles (USPS Priority boxes) or document sleeves and shipped like that. Expect your products around a week after order based on 2-3 days production and 2-3 days priority mail service times.

RETURNS
We happily accept returns based on damaged or improper orders, and will cover the reshipping fee to the client free of charge. Client is responsible for return shipping only. Please contact us at info@artist-type.com to discuss returns.
